Bulk proxy mode (loops one-by-one)

When enabled, the server tries each proxy below in order with the SAME account. Each attempt gets ~150s; if the proxy fails (bot-challenge, captcha unsolvable, timeout) the next is tried. Successful login stops the loop. Bulk takes precedence over residential / single proxy.
